Nice manipulation!
I really like the canvas-structure and the dramatic feeling of the background!
The face is a bit too sharp to smoothly fit within the rest of image, but that only adds to the atmosphere!

^^ Very nice work. Like the tone and the concept here. I think the all black eyes work well here. btw, why mature tag? I don't see nothing really excessive.

Ow, yes, you're right ... I'm always afraid young people thinks this is too "creepy" :D. But yes, for me, this is not frightening at all :).
